I’m very excited to announce that for the second year in a row, I will be participating in Chicago Vegan Mania! The free event, which takes place on Saturday, October 11th at the Broadway Armory, features tons of vegan vendors, a 100% vegan food court, chef demos, expert panels and more!
I’ll be part of the Ask A Vegan Cooking and Baking Expert panel at 3pm, so come with all your questions – I’ll also have a few cookbooks for sale! (I will also be helping out at the Paper Moon Pastry booth throughout the day!)
