I decided to make these for an art sale I took part in this week end. They’re just a combo of different vegan cupcake elements I’ve used before, just switched all around.

To make vegan cream filled chocolate cupcakes with ganache, or Fauxstess cupcakes, you’ll need these recipes:

Vegan Ganache

Vegan Buttercream

Vegan Chocolate Cupcakes

You can make the ganache ahead of time and leave it at room temperature until you need it. Bake the cupcakes and let them cool. Make a half batch of the buttercream- that will still be more than you need. Using either a plain round tip or a filling tip, fill each cupcake with buttercream. You can use the cone method if you want to, but I’m too lazy. Top the cakes with ganache, I did so about twice so it was nice and thick. Then, write funny things like “hoser” and “douche” with the remaining buttercream or just do “vegan” and/or squiggles.
